Due to the nature of our products:

• Digital downloads are final sale.

• Physical products (bookmarks) can be exchanged if they arrive damaged. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

• Coaching sessions Are coaching sessions refundable?

  Coaching sessions are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to accommodate changes.

We sincerely apologize for any issues! If your bookmarks arrive damaged, please reach out to us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
